A Ruling Called 'Plevin' Could Mean...
You Can Claim Back PPI AFTER The Deadline

What is Plevin?

When your bank sold PPI they failed to disclose the commission they received. So whilst you may have thought the premiums were for cover, a large percentage of it was actually commission paid to your bank for the sale of the PPI policy.

Your bank’s failure to disclose commission may have created an unfair relationship. Following a Court ruling, known as 'Plevin', the full PPI premiums can be claimed back plus interest.

NO PPI DEADLINE: A new legal ruling means the PPI deadline may not apply to you if your credit     cards, loan or mortgages were active AFTER January 2009

How It Works

As advertised on:

* Free PPI Check Terms *

The Firm will carry out due diligence with the Bank(s) and establish the merits of any Claim for Free. Once a potential Claim has been established, the firm will require the signing of our Legal Partner’s pack. Their service will be provided on a No Win, No Fee basis. A Fee of approximately 20% + VAT (24%) will be payable to our Legal Partner, selected from our Panel of Solicitors, on all successful Claims, unless legal action is required. If legal proceedings are issued against your Bank or Provider and your Claim(s) is successful, a Fee of approximately 40% plus VAT (48%), will be charged by our selected Panel of Solicitors, who will be handling your Claim. We will confirm the exact charges to you before you sign to any paperwork. If they do not recover money for you, you will pay them nothing. Our panel of solicitors will pay the Firm, SN Marketing Services Ltd a fee for referring a Claim to them only where they are successful in recovering money from a Claim. This fee will also be confirmed with you in the paperwork you sign.

Charges will apply if you decide to pursue the claim with us. (However, you may be liable for our cancellation charges if you cancel your contract after the 14 days cooling-off period). Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.
